A recent decision by the Copyright Royalty
Board has made it impossible for small broadcasters like us to afford the
new royalty rates. We certainly support paying royalties to song writers and
performers, but the new rates are astronomical and far exceed our modest income
from advertising. We deeply regret the decision to cease broadcasting, but it
is out of our hands now. Thank you, our listeners, for so many years of support!
Having said that, we are working on a solution but it would mean Soft 'N Easy Net Radio
will not be available to listeners in the USA. We hope to have more news about that soon.
How can you help? Let's stand together and TAKE ACTION!
